Mama Year One ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our web app, Survive & Settle.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address and authentication details managed by Supabase Auth.
• Profile and baby information: your first name and your baby's birth date, which you enter during onboarding.
• Content you create: baby notes, reminders, tasks, appointments, questions, supplies, daily wins, and any other information you choose to save in the app.
• Family-sharing data: household memberships and invitations you send to a partner or family member.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide, maintain, and improve Survive & Settle. This includes displaying your content back to you, enabling family sharing, sending gentle reminders, and processing your unlock purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.

Third-party providers

We use Supabase for database, authentication, and hosting, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure page visits, checkout starts and completed purchases (order value, currency and products bought) from our ads, and to help optimize those ads. In the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland it runs only after you accept in our cookie banner; we keep a record of your choice, when you made it and the notice shown. Elsewhere it runs unless you opt out here or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time.

Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including Row Level Security (RLS) in our database and encrypted connections. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at advdigitallab@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
